A: We offer both hardware dongle and software license options according to your needs. The software license can be used similar as a dongle. It can authorize one PC at a time to use the software, and can be moved and used on any other PCs by deactivating the code. The only difference is that the license code requires network connection to activate the software.

A: Now we provide “DRS Preview” as the software version which grants you access to almost all fascinating features of DRS including multi-tasking, except firmware recovery, advanced imaging, and features related physical status of HDD. You can access “Quick Imaging” without connection of DRS hardware unit.
A: DRS provides a complete solution for firmware recovery, supporting almost all popular HDD brands including Seagate, Western Digital, Hitachi, Toshiba, Fujitsu, and Samsung. After HDD is diagnosed having firmware issues, it can be easily fixed with ONE-KEY firmware recovery function or you can direct access to firmware files for manual repair.
