Our customers from India visited Salvationdata head office and took two days free training this week.
The training is emphasis on how to retrieve data by using our 3+1 data recovery solution which is a professional approach to help customers to diagnose mechanical and electronic issues, to fix up the firmware problems and retrieve data maximally with advanced recovery tools.
At the first day, SalvationDATA advanced engineer introduced our data recovery tools: Data Compass, HD Doctor and Data Copy King, explained their main functions and demonstrated the normal procedure of how to operate and recover data by these tools. In the next day, the engineer showed how to operate HD HPE PRO and Head Comb Suite for hard drive open and platter/ head swap, the clients also have the hands-on practice under the guidance of SalvationDATA's engineer. After the training, the clients learned the whole process of our 3+1 data recovery solution and they felt very impressed in SalvationDATA tools, and said they learned a lot.
