Last week, SalvationDATA welcomed two customers from Pakistan to the head office with the training purpose.
At the first day, The SD advanced engineer explained some data recovery knowledge and SD recovery products. The clients showed more interests about the Seagate Doctor and would like to learn more during the training, so the engineer put emphasis on how to use the tools to recover data from Seagate. After the training, the clients learned the features and functions about the Seagate Doctor. Moreover, with the hands-on case study, they grasp the skills and can operate it proficiently.
At the second day, the engineer demonstrated how to operate HD HPE PRO and Head Comb Suite for hard drive open and platter/ head swap, the clients learned all the procedure and also have the chance to practice under the guidance of SalvationDATA's engineer.
