Our client from Holland visit Salvationdata headquarter in Chengdu, China to take two days data recovery training this week.
The 2-day training aims to make the customer to get a thorough knowledge and skills of data recovery from basic to advance.
In the first-day training, SD technician explained some basic data recovery knowledge and demonstrated our data recovery tools, especially for the Data Compass and Data Copy King, then, our SD technician shared some cases with client and provided hands-on case studies for the tools.
The second day training started with HD Doctor, especially for Western Digital and Seagate Doctor and also other products like Flash Doctor, I-phone recovery software etc. The technician demonstrated the tools first, the trainee operated it by himself after that, which could help him to learn the skills faster and gain more experience quickly.
In the afternoon, the customer practiced HD HPE PRO and Head Comb Suite in clean room for hard drive open and platter/ head swap , all the procedure was under the guidance of SalvationDATA's senior engineer.
