This was the 4th day for the 3 customers to learn Data Recovery in SalvationDATA head office in Chengdu China.
They’ve learnt the firmware issues of Hitachi HDD: Module repair and busy problem for 7200.11,etc; and RAID Recovery: Basic knowledge of RAID, Analysis Procedure, and Case Studies,etc.
Besides, they were also given a live demo of clean room data recovery in SalvationDATA’s clean room. Later, everyone of them will be equipped to practice on their own, with the guidence of senior engineer.
