This is the second day for the 3 customers’ to learn Data Recovery in SalvationDATA’ head office in Chengdu China.
They’ve learnt the firmware issues of Western Digital, Maxtor, and Seagate HDDs today: Password unlock, NV-RAM repair, firmware problems, P-list backup and import, Corruption of ATA overlay or ROM code, and Hot swap.
On the next day, they will continue to learn the firmware issues of Hitachi HDD in the morning, and RAID recovery in the afternoon.
Last night, our 3 customers went to Jinli, a very famous and beautiful ancient street in Chengdu. The lanterns made the whole street look fabulous and there are many traditional Chinese operas to appreciate. Everyone enjoyed a lot last night. They think it’s very interesting and believe that it is a great chance for them to understand China and learn Chinese culture by traveling around in the city.
