Customers' 3rd Training Day in SalvationDATA

This was the third day for the 3 customers to learn Data Recovery in SalvationDATA head office in Chengdu China.

They’ve learnt the firmware issues of Seagate HDD in the morning: Module repair and busy problem for 7200.11; and RAID Recovery in the afternoon: Basic knowledge of RAID, Analysis Procedure, and Case Studies.

On the last day of this training, SalvationDATA will teach the customers recover data from flash devices and physical recovery skills as well. Also, the customers will be given lots of time to practice by themselves, with our engineer on their side.
