According to our original schedule, today our New Jersey Reseller, our first overseas partner, had a first free Data Compass training of 2010 for NY customers, four people attended today’s training.
They started by introducing basic data recovery concepts and knowledge, our advanced and widely well known 3+1 data recovery process was got through during the training. They learned what Data Compass can do and how to use it, also the operation skills and tricks was shared for. We talked what is HD Doctor Suite to do and when we need use HD HPE SP.
After training, all of them said they learned a lot of data recovery knowledge and satisfied with SalvationDATA service, because they buy our products and we give them on site and local free training. And they are very interesting and are expecting HD Doctor Suite firmware level training later we will hold.
It is worth mentioning that our authorized US reseller plans to hold specific training for Maxtor, Seagate, Western Digital and Hitachi/IBM doctor in about February.
