There are lots of unique features included in the Flash Doctor:

1. It supports both flash memories with 8 bit and 16 bit interface.
Flash Doctor reads both 8 bit and 16 bit interface flash memories; also it detects these two interfaces automatically. Other flash tools available in the market nowadays support flash memory with 8 bit interface only, their users have no choice but to give up 16 bit flash memory data recovery.

2. The flash chip adaptor can be removed easily for replacement. In case of there is new adaptor becomes available or the adaptor gets damaged, it will be easy to have it replaced without need to replace the entire console.

3. SalvationDATA uses adjustable working voltage solution in Flash Doctor. The common flash memory chips working voltage is 3.3V, but along with the continuously development of the workmanship, the flash memory working voltage will become lower, flash chips with 2.7V, 1.8V and 1.2V will be the main stream in the future. SD Flash Doctor, with an adjustable working voltage from 0.9V to 5.0V, supports flash chips with comprehensive working voltages without any need to change the hardware. Other flash recovery products currently available supports flash chips with 3.3V working voltage only and add-on hardware will be required even if they upgrade to support flash memories with lower working voltages.

4. SalvationDATA uses adjustable supported page size solution in Flash Doctor. Users can define the page size according to the flash memory's actual page size. Right now other flash recovery products support flash memories with page size of 528 multiple, which limits the users to work on a wide range of flash memories.

5. SD Flash Doctor allows its users to adjust the speed of reading the flash memory, which would be useful to save time in some certain situations. Please note that the actual speed range of reading depends on the flash chip.
