Training events in May in Italy

On the 7th of May the second SalvationDATA Tool Presentation for Italian users was held in Rome, Italy. Participants from the data recovery industry took part in this event on “The challenges of 3+1 data recovery procedure and the solutions” and it has been proved to be useful by the participants.

At the seminar, our partner Luca Marella from MICRO MANAGEMENT SRL introduced what a standard procedure should be when performing data recovery from hard drive: the 3+1 data recovery procedure, and the challenges arisen in each step of the complete procedure; the challenges were followed by our products of counter measures: we delivered and proved all the significant functions and unique features of the new Data Compass premium edition, HD Doctor Suite and HD HPE PRO on the spot with hands-on opportunities for the participants. Our serious tools gave a great impression to all the participants and some of them have placed immediate order during the event.

MICRO MANAGEMENT SRL is going to host the second comprehensive training on data recovery techniques and SalvationDATA products from the 18th-21st of May, 2009.

This training is designed for both beginners and professionals to learn more and share with each other.

Training outline:
1st day: Basic knowledge about HDD structure, file system, firmware, PCB and how to diagnose;
2nd day morning: Disk Clone and data extracting techniques, Data Compass applications;
2nd day afternoon: Maxtor HDD troubleshooting and HD Doctor for Maxtor applications;
3rd day morning: WD HDD troubleshooting and HD Doctor for WD applications;
3rd day afternoon: Seagate HDD troubleshooting, HD Doctor for Seagate applications;
4th day morning: Hitachi HDD troubleshooting, HD Doctor for Hitachi applications;
4th day afternoon: How to effectively handle head and platter exchange issues

Remarks: AT the end of each session there will be time arranged for Q&A and SalvationDATA products hands-on opportunity.
