To access our "User Special" board, you need to be promoted to be a member of the VIP Group. Please contact your sales representative to get a promotion.

I'm a new Salvation customer. I've allready registered the product i bought (DC+HD doctor suite) but i'm not able to enter the resouce center and the forum for customers. Can someone tell me how to?

I think I'm heaving the same problem as above. We bought the DC-tool and 4 HD-Doctors (WD/Maxtor/IBM-Hitachi and Seagate), which we are using in our company. Now I'm looking for information and/or updates for the barracuda 7200.12, but can't enter that part of the forums, just the public part. Can you please help me out?

Sorry for any inconvenience before.For the benefit of all our customers,we have to make sure you are our client before I move you to the VIP group.When you are in the vip group ,you can access the whole forum.Would you pls tell me your sales representative's name?Then i will contact with him or her to approve you to VIP group.Also you can contact with your sales representative directly.
