We are having the same probem we need to access some information on the customers site and have purchased a DC stanard and HD doctor for seagate from Computer Science Labs, could you please help us upgrade to.

Hello we purchased your HD-Doctor-for-Seagate No.288758544 and have licensed it. USER NSTN2879.
We would like to have access to software updates. Our Version is 1.40. Would need access to all the newer seagates.
We purchased it online sales@salvationdata.com and paid by PayPal

I would like to have access to the VIP forum, I have upgraded to Ver 4.7, HD Doctor for Seagate. Access to the VIP forum might enlighten me on certain errors...i.e. N0 VALID Cert Code Detected
