hi

i have a big problem. my hdd doesn´t working.
With the software from seagate and in the bios the rev. nr zz7l and it have 0gb.

how can i solve the problem

pls help me on the drive are a many pic.

Can you post terminal log if not you will need to have the SD Doctor for Seagate to repair this problem with it.

Dear Clients,
Just print the Screenshot button of your computer,it is ok.
Or maybe you can copy the terminal mode(cmd mode) details in a txt file and send to us.

Do you have a HD Doctor for Seagate??
If not that is the reason you do not understand what we are asking of you.
