HD Doctor For Seagate

A U6 HDD sometimes can’t be detected with “BOX BUSY?indicator light all the time. Sometimes it can be detected but very slowly and there are no problems with firmware backup and firmware check. Further more, G to P and HDD Rebuild don’t function. What should I do?

In such case, maybe the heads are not stable. SELFSCAN is recommended for such problem.
