When ordering online within salvationdata Technology, we guarantee that the information you submit will be 100% protected. All information including your name, address, phone and credit card number is kept safe by using government licensed SSL encryption technology. This technology encrypts your transactions through a secure server for absolute safety. Your personal information cannot be read as it travels through the secure ordering system. Regards are also applied to every fax (86-28-68107757) or mail order.
1.3 How can I place a purchase order?
Business customers and private customers both can place a order form (Order Form) through our online ordering system or Fax and Emails.
For bulk order, we strongly suggest you place order via Fax or Email. Please fill out the Order Form and send/fax/email your order to sales.laura@salvationdata.com or sales.pat@salvationdata.com .

We work from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, (GMT+8:00 Beijing Time), Monday through Saturday.

A free mail address is an e-mail address that is free of charge and anonymous. Generally, you may choose to use your free mail address, but we cannot guarantee that all the order relevant mails can go to your e-mail address smoothly. 1.6 How do I order online as a returning customer?
If you have ordered from us in the past, you can place a new order without having to re-enter you personal data. For that, you are able to enter your login information (user name and password) at the beginning of the order process. Once logged in, you can verify or, if necessary, edit you personal information before submitting your new order.
1.7 How can I order online as a new customer?
First, please register membership on our website and carefully fill out all personal information.
Second, add your products into the shopping Cart and choose the payment methods. It is especially important to enter the correct e-mail address since all important information regarding your order, your payment information, and generally the product you ordered, will be sent to this e-mail address.
1.8 How can I obtain a written quote?
We are happy to send you a quote by e-mail or fax. The prices listed in the quote are binding upon salvationdata products for a period of three month, but are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
We will list a unique quote number on our quote. If you have questions about the quote or wish to place an order, please mention this number so that we can process your request quickly.
1.9 I interrupted my online order. Has my data been saved?
No. Data that you are entering during the order process will not be saved until you have clicked "Buy".
