1.1 How would I receive what I ordered? Could I download it from a link of your web site directly?
We would send your product(s) together with the license(s) (the LIC) to you by express service (that would be DHL/UPS/TNT); we would provide any available upgrade of our software on our website for you to download only.

1.2 Is your products software only or there is any hardware included also?
Each package of our product contains the program (software) and LIC, the LIC is a Dongle used for licensing verification that you need to use together with the program.

1.3 When will I receive my products to be delivered? And what services do you use?
All orders are shipped within 48 hours via DHL Express worldwide. We will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of the shipment through their website.

1.4 Should I pay freight for the products I purchased from you?
No. We pay the freight via DHL Express to your delivery address. And for the custom fees are not included into the price listed on our website.

1.5 I am from USA, how long can I receive the package?
