Mr. Fan studied Computer Science in University of Electronic Science and Technology in China before starting a career in hard disk repair and data recovery in 1998. He has certification with national data recovery engineer certification as well as being a member of the High Tech Crime Investigation Association in China. Mr. Fan has been responsible for the creation and instruction of a Computer Forensics and Data Mining course at Sichuan University as well. With the depth expertise and experience of analyzing and researching the structures and configurations of different hard disks, Mr. Fan has dedicated himself to Data Loss Prevention & Data Recovery and developed numerous data recovery tools and equipments.

Mr. Zhang- Top Engineer in Data Loss Prevention & Data Recovery

With a depth of knowledge in PC repair and troubleshooting disk drives, Mr. Zhang is one expert in Data Loss Prevention & Data Recovery fields. During 10 years’ experience researching on data security industry, Mr. Zhang now becomes one top engineer who obtains good reputation from industry insiders’ perspectives. In the year of 2010, he has shared his rich experience and knowledge with hundreds of people, who are from government departments, military associations and big enterprises. Mr. Zhang now makes great efforts in teaching other technicians and assisting with company management.

Mr. Huang is a major researcher of SalvationDATA’s R&D team by virtue of more than 10 years’ experience to Data Recovery industry as well as mastering advanced knowledge of hard drive troubles. Being one senior technical engineer, he is proficient to solve problems of all RAID devices, HDD physical damages, PCB ROM program troubles. Mr. Zhang now helps most people who encounter with problems caused by accidental format, deletion, Ghost overwriting, virus attack, etc. He is also one of the researchers of Data Compass.

With 5 years’ experience in the data recovery industry, Mr. Wang is one expert in manipulation of opening patient hard drive disks for changing the magnetic head and scratched platters. Now he is also responsible for teaching and training all the necessary skills to open different disks in a dust-free environment.

Mr. Yang has 3 years’ technical experience in Data Loss Prevention & Data Recovery. With in-depth knowledge in Seagate disks and Flash storages, now Mr. Wang is in charge of global technique support sector for clients worldwide. He also passed on his knowledge and skills to some of our resellers and military associations.

Harvey Zhong- Techinique Support Engineer

With 4 years’ academic study in Computer Science Technology in one of China’s top universities, and another 3 years’ working experience in performing Data Recovery in SalvationDATA Technology, Harvey has gained abundant knowledge and skills in the field. He is also a teacher in SalvationDATA International Training Department, and has lectured more than 500 foreign students from all over the world; our customers are very satisfied with him for his rich knowledge in Data Recovery and good English ability.

Sucre received 4 years’ academic study in Data Security, and with another 2 years’ practical working experience in Data Recovery, he is now highly qualified in the recovery of Seagate、Hitachi, Western Digital and Maxtor ,etc. Sucre is one of our teachers of SalvationDATA International Training Department, his patience and great sense of responsibility as well as good communication skills has made him very popular among our customers.

Bujiang- Techinique Support

Bujiang is also a teacher in SalvationDATA International Training Department. With about 4 years’ experience in doing Data Recovery, he has provided many successful solutions to our customers and is very skillful in Data Recovery, including: Logic Layer Data  Loss; Mistakenly Deleting; Mistakenly Formatting; Firmware Fixing; Physical Problems; Opening disks; Changing Heads and Platters, etc
