Online FAQ system: The section gives you immediate answer to the frequently asked questions and you should use it before you start emailing us or calling us for support or asking for remote assistance.
User Support Forum: The forum is indeed one great place for users to make faster progress and get improved in using our tools. Customers are able to get full VIP access to the forums which are decided to the tools you are using. You can get the latest news of our company including the software upgrade, data recovery tricks and tips, hard drive firmware donors, case studies and user manuals/instructions, etc.
Email, MSN, Skype & Phone Support: If you fail to find your answers by the above methods, you can email to the support engineers by using support [at] salvationdata.com or tech [at] salvationdata.com or you can even email to your sales representatives and they will arrange the support for you. You can add the MSN, Skype of the support engineers or sales representatives or you can call the support engineers at your convenience within our office hours.
Remote Assistance Support: If customers have very urgent data recovery cases or you meet some very difficult problems using our tools, you can apply for remote assistance and our engineers will use Team Viewer to connect you and show you the solutions or operations step by step to repair the drives and recover the data.
