1. Question: What´s the burnt PCBA like? |
Answer: Follow is a burnt PCBA picture; we can see the part in red frame is clearly burnt.
These are the visible damage, but when a PCBA is burnt, there always have some damage in the internal electro circuit of PCB or chipsets that can't be seen outside.
And usually, the burnt damage can't be seen on the "mill finish" side. |

2. Q: WHAT'S THE FW/PCBA/HEAD CHANGE CONDITION FOR SAMSUNG HDD? |
A:
FW replacement condition: Same model number, same series number
PCBA Replacement condition: (1). 4th Character from the rear side big stic; (2). 7th Character from the Model number (denotes buffer size)
Head replacement condition: Countrythe 5 digit code after the product number on both the desktop hard drive and the laptop hard drive |

3. Q: I have received Maxtor Device, as manual there 2 sata jumper setting wire red and Blue only I have receive 2 blue wire and not able to insert in sata drive Diamond 8S 40GB.any solution. |

A: We use red and blue wire in the manual to show clearly how to connect, actually the two wires are the same. |
