Engineer Remote Assistance
SalvationDATA is now working hard to improve our technical support. The new feature of Remote Assistance will be soon available to our customers.
For any problem you have in using our program, you can contact our technical support via MSN at support at salvationdata.com (Replace at with @), they can now provide you a Remote Assistance service to you (When you start Remote Assistance, our engineer can view your screen, chat in real time, and work from a remote location on the user's computer to help you in using our program).
During the Beta period, it is free for all of our customers to receive this service. You may need to wait for some time when all of our engineers are providing remote assistance to other customers.
The Remote Assistance Beta is currently provided only in the day shift (GMT +8 from 9:00 to 17:30). We will soon provide night shift service to our customers in order to solve the time difference problem which stops customers in the other side of the earth to receive our real time service.
