FAN (CTO)
 CTO of SalvationDATA, studied Computer Science in University of Electronic Science and Technology in China for four years before starting a career in hard disk repair and data recovery in 1998 for SalvationDATA.
He has certification with national data recovery engineer certification as well as being a member of the High Tech Crime Investigation Association in China. As a friend of Mr. Liang, he is also a Certified Protection Professional and a Certified Computer Examiner and an associate Professor at Sichuan University, and has been responsible for the creation and instruction of a Computer Forensics and Data Mining course at Sichuan University. He is a member of the High Tech Crime Investigation Association in China as well as association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and many other professional associations.
Since 1995, Mr. Fan has been trained in Germany Rohde-Schwarz Ltd and American Agilent Technology Cooperation successively. In 1998, Mr. Fan began to establish SalvationDATA with Mr. Liang, and occupy to be the CTO. From then on, his attention is mainly paid to data security. He is a so great man that finally makes all the SalvationDATA solutions come into existence and keep as the leader in data recovery and computer forensic field. All of SalvationDATA Solutions are the harvest and the accomplishments gained by his diligence and arduousness.
In these years, Mr. Fan is always dedicated in the design and development of SalvationDATA tools; at the same time, he spares some of his energy to be in charge of all the management and the supervise of his development group.
In 1998, Mr. Fan began to design tools for data recovery. In this period, he spent much time in analyzing and researching the structures and configurations of different hard disks. With his hardworking and effort, the success finally arrived him. After one year’s research, he finally launched the Dos versions of SalvationDATA repair programs for related brands of HDD and other relative tools used for data recovery. This achievement generated him a great inspiration in HDD data recovery solutions’ invention. In 2003, he and Mr. Liang try to apply the USB Technology in HDD repair programs. The application of the technology was really a revolutionary innovation in this field, which turned the programs to be the movable devices. From then on, SalvationDATA solutions are the most advanced and powerful tools in data recovery world. All the problems related to data are looks so tiny and so easy to Mr. Fan’s production.
With the expertise and experience of Mr. Fan, till now, the technology and functions developed by him are also in the forefront of data recovery. This shows a bright future of SalvationDATA’s potentiality.
