To all members of the Salvation Data Team:

I would like to express my appreciation for the in house training held at your company in Chengdu, China from July 21 to July 24, 2009. It was a very well designed course and well structured in the concept of data recovery.

Each phase of data recovery was addressed during these data reovery training days. It gave a beginner a change to understand the basic concept in hard drive recovery.  Each tool necessary in the recovery process was demonstrated, how to use the tools correctly, tricks in performing recovery, and the basic knowledge of each tool.

At the end of each class time all questions were addressed in full. Each person’s question were addressed and given personal attention by the staff members and trainers. On completion of the course we met with the designers of the tools and had a chance to speak with them directly. Suggestions were given by everyone on what they would like to see added to the tools to make recovery work easier with each tool. Consideration was given to each suggestions and I look forward to seeing some of the changes take place.

It was such a pleasure to spend these days with the company and its employees. Each person went out of there way to make you feel welcome and helped with any problems during your stay in Chengdu. If there is another advance training course offered by this company I will be the first to sign up for it. I feel they went out of their way to make you feel welcomed there.
