I bought WD and ST hd Doctor tools from SD. Before I was doing logical data recovery with the help of some of data recovery software.
 
I think that how I can do data recovery from physical problematic disk without any knowledge of HDD .But when I start using their data recovery tools, team of SD help me a lot. With the help of SD Engineers (especially Genie). Now I can do DR from Seagate's some models very well.
