Australia’s Data Recovery Training will start on July 23rd

Australia’s Data Recovery Training will start on July 23rd.

Data Recovery Tools Australia Pacific is partnering with SalvationDATA to offer Australia’s First SD Data Recovery Training Course in Sydney 23rd to 27th July, 2012

Specialist trainers from SalvationDATA headquarters will conduct the sessions and lead attendees from hard drive theory basics to complex data recovery scenarios for different hard drives and media.

There will be plenty of hands on practise and real case scenarios where you will gain real life experiences – We will have a clean bench where you can gain real practice in platter and head exchange. We encourage attendees to bring with them failed drives for recovery which may even pay for the course!

Whether you are interested in understanding how data recovery works or starting a new data recovery business, this course will deliver for you.

By the end of the training course you will have had experience with logical and physical recoveries, be familiar with Salvation Data Toolset and have skills that will put you ahead of others.

Please email us to book your seat ASAP if you are interested, as the deadline for registering is 14th June.

Some knowledge about data recovery

Data recovery is a process of accessing data from a corrupted storage media, formatted disk and deleted files, these all situation are when operating system is not successful to access the data. This includes both logical corruption or physical corruption.

Very simply, the “retrieving data” refers to the process of recovering data from a disk, a floppy or any other type of electronic storage medium (such as an array of drives, a database, flash memory, etc..) when the data are not accessible by normal means.

There are different ways to store data: hard drives, removable disks, CD and DVD to name a few. Whatever the reliability of storage products, any mechanical or electronic device presents a risk of malfunction. In addition, there are many causes of loss or inaccessibility of data not related to a malfunction, such as deleting files or a forgotten password. Sometimes something happens and it may be a storage device is physically unfit, as in the case of a fire, a projection liquid or other accident. When the normal methods of data access failed, data recovery is the process used to find a reliable and secure access to these data.
Hard Disk recovery can be a simple process in many cases and, in some cases it may require a careful and exhaustive work to recover the data. However, each case of data recovery usually involves the same overall process recovery of lost data:

We will equip our participants with professional data recovery and data loss Prevention knowledge, the operations of the latest data recovery tools, all these will be taught by Qualified Data Recovery Engineers.

At the end of the training participants would be able to:
1. Have an extensive knowledge of general and specific media storage device
2. Ability to diagnose and solve a host of common media storage device issues
3. We would have equipped participants to be assets with competitive advantage in the field of data recovery
4. Intimate participants with firsthand knowledge of the usage of data recovery tools.
5 .Analyze the various causes of data
6. Estimate the cost of each incident and suggest several strategies foe responding to a media storage device.
7. The ability to work through the unstable areas and bad sectors to create an image of a bad drive.
8. Ability to unlock a drive and give full access to data.
